Eligibility for Returns
Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date your order is received. Items should remain unused and be returned with their original packaging and tags. Requests submitted beyond this period cannot be processed. To start a return, reach out to us with your order details and a short explanation.
Return Process
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please ensure the item is packaged in a way that prevents damage during transit. The cost of return shipping is not covered by us.
Refund Handling
After the returned item is delivered to us, it will be checked against the return conditions. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within up to 7 days. No additional fees are deducted.

Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, reach out as early as possible. Cancellation may be possible before processing or shipping begins. Once an order is already being prepared or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow the return process after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a different item than expected, please contact us with clear photos showing the issue, including the packaging if relevant. We will review the situation and arrange a suitable resolution.
