When will my order be prepared and delivered?
Orders are prepared within 0 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once shipped, delivery takes 5 to 9 business days, also Monday through Friday. These timeframes reflect standard handling and transit periods and may vary depending on external conditions.

Is shipping free within the United States?
All orders shipped within the United States include free delivery, with no minimum purchase required.

What should I do if my package is taking longer than expected?
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we recommend allowing an additional 2 business days. If it still has not arrived after that, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist further.

How long do I have to request a return?
Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date your order is received. Items should remain unused and be returned with their original packaging and tags. Requests submitted beyond this period cannot be processed. To start a return, reach out to us with your order details and a short explanation.

When will my refund be issued?
After the returned item is delivered to us, it will be checked against the return conditions. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within up to 7 days. No additional fees are deducted.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel an order, reach out as early as possible. Cancellation may be possible before processing or shipping begins. Once an order is already being prepared or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow the return process after delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged or is not what I expected?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a different item than expected, please contact us with clear photos showing the issue, including the packaging if relevant. We will review the situation and arrange a suitable resolution.
